REFUND POLICIES:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

In order to make a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed. It will be automatically applied to your original payment method, within a certain period of time.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Next, contact your payment method company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you’re shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
